Meet the team

Hi, I’m Marc, and I’m a proud husband and father of three. My wife Sam and I have been married for 13 years, and together we’re raising three energetic boys. Balancing family life with work can be challenging, but it’s something I’m incredibly passionate about.. Outside of family time, you’ll find me training in our family gym, playing football, or riding my enduro motorcycle. These activities help me stay fit and unwind from the daily grind.

In 2020, I started All in One Electrical Contractors with the goal of building a business based on hard work and integrity. Since then, we’ve grown our team both on-site and in the office. The growth we’ve experienced in such a short period is something I never take for granted. Our team is incredible, and the support I receive from them keeps me pushing forward every day. From the beginning, I’ve been committed to providing quality service while making sure that we are a company that values relationships—whether it’s with clients, employees, or the community.

I’m excited for what’s ahead and where the business will be in the next 5 years. None of this would be possible without my family’s support. They’re my inspiration, and their encouragement fuels everything I do. As we continue to grow, I’m committed to maintaining the balance between work and family, while always striving for success in both areas. and that makes going to work every day so much easier and more enjoyable.

Hi I’m Bradley, I’ve been with All In One since February 2021, and im proud to say I'm a fully qualified electrician.

 What I love most about my job is that it never really feels like work — the environment and the people make all the difference. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and there’s nothing more satisfying than helping customers, like going to an elderly person’s house with no power and leaving them with their lights back on.

Outside of work, I play football every weekend and train in the gym as much as possible — even if I wouldn’t always say I enjoy it! My real passion, though, is house music.

I first heard about All In One through a friend who worked at another company run by Marc and his family, and I’m so glad I did. The team here is brilliant — we all get along, and that makes going to work every day so much easier and more enjoyable.

Hi, I’m Joe. I’m a dedicated and hardworking individual who has been with All In One since September 2021 and I am now in the fourth year of my apprenticeship. I am actively working towards my goal of becoming a fully qualified electrician.

One of the things I truly appreciate about working at All In One is the team—it feels more like family, creating an environment where I enjoy coming to work each day. I take pride in providing high-quality service to our customers and always leave feeling fulfilled.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports, particularly football, darts, golf, and F1. I love playing these when I get the chance, and I stay disciplined and fit by hitting the gym six times a week. I’m also very family-oriented and cherish spending time with my loved ones, whether it’s watching films, going out, or enjoying games together.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of the All In One family, a company that values hard work, growth, and support. I’m excited to continue my journey towards becoming a fully qualified electrician and contributing to the continued success of the company.

Hi, I’m Taylor aka Swifty, I’m an electrical apprentice at All In One, where I’ve been working since September 2024 and I am now in the second year of my apprenticeship. From day one, I’ve loved being part of this company — the family-like atmosphere, the good laughs with the team, and the chance to learn from experienced people like Marc have made it a great place to grow.

Every day, I push myself to improve and become more well-rounded in my electrical work, always aiming to learn from every job and every challenge. My goal is to finish my apprenticeship and reach heights in this field that not many can.

Outside of work, I’m big on fitness — I train regularly and play football every weekend for my team. Whether on the job or on the pitch, I believe in giving my all and being part of a strong, supportive team.

Long term, I see myself staying at All In One and continuing to grow as both an electrician and a person. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to keep putting in the work.

Hi everyone I’m Kai, and I joined All In One on the 1st of September 2025, right after finishing my GCSEs. I’ve already settled into the team really well, everyone’s been so supportive and always willing to help and guide me along the way.

Before starting my apprenticeship, I worked part-time washing dishes at Beantown Café, a bit different to electrics! What made me want to become an electrician is the variety of the work and the fact that no two days are the same. I like keeping busy and having something different to tackle every day.

My goal is simple, to become a fully qualified electrician.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, watching films, listening to music, playing sports, and getting stuck into video games. I also enjoy rock climbing and tennis.

I'm Samantha, the Office Manager at All in One Electrical, where I help keep everything ticking over day to day. I work closely with both our office and site teams to make sure things stay organised, run smoothly, and everyone knows what they should be doing (most of the time!). My role covers everything from payroll and invoicing to customer service, scheduling engineers and staff, HR and recruitment.  I also look after purchasing and all the compliance paperwork that comes with the electrical industry, so no two days are ever the same.

I've been with the company = since January 2023 and have a background in new build property development, along with 10 years' experience in customer service leadership.

When I'm not at work, I love spending quality time with my son and I’m a big fan of F1. I'm also usually accompanied in the office by my dog Bella, who takes her role as Head of Security (and nap supervision) very seriously!

Hi, I’m Samantha and I joined the All In One team in February 2025. Since joining, I’ve settled into the team really well and everyone has made me feel so welcome. It’s great being part of such a supportive team, where everyone is always willing to help each other.

Before joining All In One, I spent 10 years working in retail, where I gained valuable customer service experience and developed strong communication skills that I now bring to my role.

I work in the office as part of the admin team and manage the company’s social media, creating content and showcasing the fantastic work our team does. From supporting the day-to-day operations behind the scenes to showcasing the fantastic work our team does, I enjoy being involved in a variety of areas across the business.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of four, so life is always full-on and there’s always something going on! Family time is really important to me and we love making memories together, going on adventures, and exploring new places whenever we can.

Hi, I'm Tamsin! I'm an Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping people and keeping things organised. Ive been with All In One since March 2026, I've really enjoyed settling in and getting to know everyone. Everyone has been so welcoming, and it's been lovely meeting such a friendly group of people.

Originally from Newcastle, I now call Kent home and when I'm not at work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family or catching up with friends over a coffee.

I'm someone who loves making people smile and bringing a positive attitude wherever I go. I enjoy building good relationships, having a laugh, and making people feel welcome. I am so glad to be part of such a great team.
